How do I scan QR codes on ATM machines?
From the main dashboard, tap the "Scan ATM Code" button. Point your camera at the QR code on your ATM machine. The app will automatically detect and scan the code, then take you to the machine details page.
How do I log maintenance activities?
After scanning or selecting an ATM machine, tap "Add Maintenance Record." Choose the type of maintenance (Cash Refill, Cleaning, Repair, etc.), add notes, and optionally attach photos. The record will be saved with a timestamp.
How do I export my data?
Tap the export button (↗) in the top-right corner of the dashboard. You can export machine data, maintenance history, or generate a full PDF report. Choose your preferred format and share method.
How do I generate QR codes for new machines?
Go to the "QR Code Tools" section on the dashboard and tap "Generate QR Codes." You can create codes for individual machines or generate them in bulk. Customize the design and export them for printing.
How do I sign out of the app?
Tap the profile icon (person circle) in the top-left corner of the dashboard, then select "Sign Out." Your data will be saved and restored when you sign back in.
Is my data secure and private?
Yes! ATM Tracker uses Apple's secure Sign in with Apple system. Your data is encrypted and stored locally on your device, with each user's data completely separated. We never see or store your personal information.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Currently, data is stored locally on each device. We're working on cloud sync functionality for future updates. For now, each device maintains its own set of ATM data.
